  • How many exhibitor spots are available?

    We have 25 exhibitor spots available. With 700+ attendees, you can have high-quality face time with your key audience, without having to compete for time with several other exhibitors. 

  • Are there sponsored speaking opportunities?

    Our exclusive Diamond level sponsorship includes one 20-minute main stage speaking spot. 

  • Will there be dedicated times for attendees to visit the exhibit hall?

    Yes! There will be 3-4 dedicated exhibitor showcases each day. There will also be ample time between sessions and during meal breaks for attendees to stop by your booth and learn about your offerings. 

  • Which industries do Vision attendees represent?

    In 2025, 25% of our attendees were in the transportation and logistics industry, followed by field services, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, food & bev, utilities, waste & recycling, agriculture, and passenger transit. 

  • What is the exhibitor booth setup & takedown process?

    Vision booths are designed to minimize setup needs from you. Our agency will manage the booth build and your preferred display.  Simply arrive the morning of Vision to display your collateral and swag.
